Logan & Annie 2014

Logan and Annie

Hello Family!
2014 has brought a lot of great memories, and a lot of change to the Cassell family. We have been very blessed this year and have been so grateful to our families for all of the love and support they give us as we fight through challenges and start our lives together.
One of the biggest things that changed this year is where we are living! We moved from our little apartment downtown to Cottonwood Heights with Logan’s grandparents. They have been so good to us, and we love being able to live with them it has been so fun. We live right in between big and little Cottonwood Canyon too so it is very pretty and fun.
Annie has been very busy this year. She is working full time and going to school full time so things get pretty crazy. We try and party every time we get a free minute together because it doesn’t happen very often. Annie changed jobs this year too. She quit her job at Shabby Apple after about a year and a half with the company, and started a new position at Traeger Grills. She is on the marketing team there and is doing very well. It is a stressful job, but she is learning a ton and it is a great foot in the door position for things that she is hoping to do later in her career. Annie is also in her last semester at BYU. GO COUGARS!! She is very excited to finally get her degree that she has worked so hard for.
Logan is continuing to try and improve his health. Things are getting a lot better. He was able to go back to school for fall semester at LDS Business College, and he loved every minute of it. He is in the Business/Entrepreneurship program there and made the Dean’s List his first semester back! Logan is now in his second year working at Golf Anytime, and is also doing some part time work for his dad’s company.
Having two awesome families to do things with has been a blast this year. We were able to go on several awesome trips! With Annie’s family we went on our annual trip to Washington Lake in the Uinta Mountains, and we also went on our annual trip to St. George with them to see a couple plays at Tuacahn. We also took a short trip with Annie’s dad and hiked the slot canyon Buckskin Gultch. With Logan’s Family we got to go to Disneyland, and to Jackson Hole/Greys River for the 4th of July. They all were amazing trips and we are so grateful to our families for letting us tag along.
We also got to go on one trip by ourselves this year. One of Annie’s old college roommates from Washington got married so we took a road trip up to the Seattle area for her wedding. It was a looong car ride, but we just blasted our favorite music and had a great time.
In November Logan’s sister Katie returned from her mission in Tacoma Washington! It was so great to be reunited with her and we are so proud of her. Annie’s brother Jon is still serving his mission in Oklahoma City, but he only has a few months left!
Annie and Logan served in the young men’s and young women’s programs for their church callings this year, and have recently been called to serve in the Nursery/Primary. The callings have been such blessings for us and we love them so much.
That about sums our year up! We hope everyone is doing well and we look forward to seeing you at the reunion!

Love,
Logan and Annie Cassell
