Barry & Alisa 2011

What is going on with the Barry Humpherys family?  Barry is currently in the Republic of Georgia doing a short deployment of about two months.  He is going there with a small team to train the Georgian military so that they can deploy to Afghanistan.  He is only been there a few weeks but is enjoying the experience and the new culture and territory.  His regular job is working at the Marine Corps Communications-Electronics School (MCCES) as an Executive Officer.  He stays pretty busy with that and working out in his spare time.  We still live in the lovely Twentynine Palms CA.  J We have about another year there and then, off to another duty station.  Alisa is a busy mother of two.  She also spends time working out and sneaking in a few shopping days without the kids.  Garrett was born in December so he just turned one this year.  He is a very busy boy.  He LOVES to go outside and play.  He loves to climb on everything.  He loves his daddy and says his name many times during the day.  Addyson turned four this year.  She is a very busy and happy little lady.  She is excited to start pre-school this year.  She loves to dance around and sing.  She loves to run and jump and play at the park.  She also enjoys anything electronic.  (Must be like her dad).  Many times I will find her with my phone or computer playing a game or trying to figure things out.  We enjoy trips to Idaho when we can.  We have also taken a few trips to San Diego and Las Vegas since they aren’t too far away.  We welcome visitors so come to the desert and see us sometime!
