Curt & Jerri 2009

Dear Family,
Well, 2009 went by really fast, but here is what I am remembering right now.
Tyler is now 3 years old and talking like crazy. He is huge and we just enrolled him in a mixed sports league for toddlers. He has a wild imagination and is still 100% boy. He loves his dinosaurs, cars, and wrestling his parents. He is in preschool now for 2 days a week. It is pretty sweet watching him play with other kids. I could tell Tyler stories for the rest of this newsletter, but there are other family members to talk about and this newsletter is really late.
We had a new addition to our family on August 5th. Ella Lee Humpherys was brought into this world to the song “Dancing Queen” by Abba. My mom was able to come out and help us with Tyler while we were in the hospital. We were very thankful she could do this for us, and we know she loves spending time with her grand babies. Ella is the cutest little girl. Her smile makes me want to kiss her little face off. She is rolling around now and will be crawling soon. She loves her big brother and is always looking around for Tyler. They are very special kids and we love them both so much.
Jerri and I are still working for Wells Fargo. We are still enjoying our new house. I can’t really think of any big changes for us with the exception of our new family addition.
We got to go to California this year and see Chelsea’s wedding/Vance’s vacation. It was so fun and we are so happy for my sister and her new husband, Jason. We were able to go out on a charter boat and do some deep sea fishing. We don’t need to talk about the fishing results of this trip, but we did have fun. We also took Tyler to Lego Land with my mom and John. Tyler still talks about Lego Land sometimes. We got to be together as a family for Christmas with my sister and mom and John coming up here. We are always so happy to have them here and so sad to see them go.
Well I should go now. I hope everyone is doing well and we will see you the next time we can make it to the reunion.
Love
Curt, Jerri, Tyler, and Ella
