Hi Humpherys Family…..
Wow! Another year well in 2009 we moved a lot! We sold our house in Blackfoot, moved to Rexburg for one month. Then we moved to Las Vegas to start selling for the summer. Vegas wasn’t the best economy for our office, so one month later we moved to Richland, WA. We settled in there for a whole 4 months and then we moved back to Idaho. We found a house online and bought it before we moved home so we were able to stay with my mom and Gerald and Tena for just a few weeks until we could close! We love it in Rexburg and we love our house! Shane is still working for Pinnacle and I am still able to stay home with the kids.
Nash just turned 3! I can’t believe it. He is the biggest daddy’s boy you have ever seen! He asks all day long for his daddy and he can’t wait for him to get home. He is becoming such a great big brother. He is very protective of Sloane already and loves having a little copy cat, most of the time.
A couple of my favorite things he has said…..
Mom: Nash did you go poopoo (while we were potty training)?
Nash: No mom I good, I just farting like dad!
Mom: Nash where did you learn to catch the ball so good?
Nash: Jesus taught me, he teaches me everything!
He is very active and very sweet! We love him so much!
Sloane just turned one in November. She started walking shortly after and has been tagging along with her brother ever since. I love seeing them hold hands and give each other hugs and kisses. We are still breaking up the occasional fights however! She is so sweet and has a smile that melts my heart. She has just started talking and saying just a handful of words. She is growing up fast.
We are getting ready to leave again for the summer. We are headed to Little Rock, Arkansas this year. We hope to be able to make it home to the reunion.
